KIWI-AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Let’s start with a tasty recipe that is going to increase your health level by lower your cholesterol, help your heart health and brings a lot of cancer preventing ingredients. Of course, it is vegan and has no sugar adding!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 avocado

This is how to make your morning smoothie:

  • Peel all fruits and cut off the cores.
  • Put all ingredients inside the mixer and mix 1-2 min on a high level
  • Now, fill in a glass and enjoy
