Did you know that chia seeds and water are a good replacement for eggs when baking cakes or similar products? One egg is substituted by 1 tbsp. chia seeds. Add 3 tbsp. of water and blend well. - 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 4 strawberries
- 250ml plant milk
- 0,5 Tsp. vanilla
- 5 leaves of fresh mint
- Some water if it is not creamy enough

- Let the chia seeds soak inside the plant-based milk for a few minutes
- Cut strawberries into small pieces
- Add all ingredients into a mixer and mix for 1-2 min on a high level
