Good reason for spring detox

There are many ways to do a spring detox which vary in intensity and duration. It is up to you to choose the right one that suits you the most (on internet for example). What we can do for you is to share our recommendation with you regarding the aspects we consider important and products that may help you.
We strongly recommend to maximally avoid processed foods, dietary sources of heavy metals and POPs (persistent organic pollutants) during your spring detox. Also sleep well and enaugh and avoid stress. Exercise regurarly. Try to minimize the sugar intake. Drink watter and drink enaugh!
As for the diet and fasting, your spring challenge should correspond with your diet style. In case you are not on the healthy diet, choose the diet style you are able and willing to follow and endure with it at least during your spring detox. Maybe, you will continue with it … If you dislike fasting, try intermitent fasting for several days.
