You will need:
500g white quinoa
1dcl white wine
400g frozen peas
1 fetta cheese
4 cloves of garlic
3 small shallots
3 small beetroots
At first take a pot and put quinoa inside and warm it on a mild flame. Put frozen peas with garlic and shallots to a second pot and cook it. Then take pan and put inside cut beetroot with olive oil, sea salt, chili, water and cook it.
When quinoa start to break up add 1dcl of white wine,
mix well, add water and cook for additional 20 minutes.
When peas is cooked pour 3/4 of water out and mix everything with a mixer.
Wait until quinoa is cooked and add mixed peas inside.
Then take fetta cheese and melt it on a pan.
Add fetta cheese into quinoa peas mix.
Add olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
Your meal is done!
Put it on a nice plate decorate with beetroots and enjoy your meal.
