You will need following ingredients for 5 portions:
3 big soup spoons of coconut oil
4 green peppers
4 red onions
500g cherry tomatoes
1 dried chilli
bigger piece of ginger
150ml of water
basil leaves (for decorating)
Take a big pan and put cut peppers with olive oil inside and pan fry everything.
When peppers will be a little bit crispy add red onions.
Fry everything for a little bit and add cut tomatoes and chopped arugula.
Then mix everything well and add one chili pepper
and a piece of ginger for scald.
Add water and garlic.
Mix your dish and bruise it.
For thickening of the dish add 3 eggs.
Mix everything and take ginger out.
Your meal is done! You can decorate it with basil leaves.
