This recipe is my favorite! It's simply, quickly and healthy! You can eat it for breakfast or lunch.
You will need:
2 home/farmed/bio eggs
5 sliced cherry tomatoes
1/2 handful of pumpkin seeds
1 handful of lettuce leaves (arugula, spinach, green salad, whatever..)
At first we start with eggs. Let the water in pot reach boiling point and then carefully put 2 eggs in. You have to cook them exactly 5:30 minutes.
Once eggs will be removed we have enough time to prepare our salad.
Take 1/2 of avocado and mash it in a bowl.
Then chop and mix with tomatoes,
and lettuce leaves.
Mix well and serve.
Put boiled eggs for a few seconds under cold.
Then carefully peel eggs and put them carefully on the salad
and your meal is done! Bon appetite! :)
