STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA & VANILLA

Let’s start your day with an amazing and powerful smoothie recipe. This delicious combination of strawberries, chia seeds and vanilla will give you the health kick you need for the day. Did you know that chia seeds and water are a good replacement for eggs when baking cakes or similar products? One egg is substituted by 1 tbsp. chia seeds. Add 3 tbsp. of water and blend well. After a few minutes the egg substitute is ready. And now let’s start with the recipe!
 



For this easy smoothie recipe you need those ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 strawberries
  • 250ml plant milk
  • 0,5 Tsp. vanilla
  • 5 leaves of fresh mint
  • Some water if it is not creamy enough

Do you have everything? This is how to make your strawberry chia smoothie with vanilla:

  1. Let the chia seeds soak inside the plant-based milk for a few minutes
  2. Cut strawberries into small pieces
  3. Add all ingredients into a mixer and mix for 1-2 min on a high level
  4. Now enjoy your drink!
