Serving size:
The daily dose for adults is 1.0 – 2.0 g (one teaspoon is 0.5 g), packaging contains
20 g for 20 days use

The daily dose for children 3 to 15 years is half a teaspoon 0,25 g once a day after a meal. Packaging contains 20 g and should only be taken for 7 days, the remaining amount can be kept for later use.

Pour serving size into 200 ml / 6.8 FL OZ water, juice, smoothie, kefir, yogurt and stir for 1 minute and then drink or eat.

HMC does not contain: Artificial Flavors or Sweeteners, Preservatives,

Sugar, Starch, Milk, Lactose, Soy, Eggs, Glutamate, Wheat, Yeast, Magnesium Stearate and it is also GMO Free.
